1. The House

Dalá Mare offers limited-edition objects and curated private experiences. Availability is finite and may be offered by invitation. We reserve the right to decline or limit any order at our discretion.

2. Orders and Confirmation

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by the House. For experiences and bespoke commissions, specific terms — including dates, inclusions, and any conditions — are confirmed in writing before fulfilment.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to purchase. Payment is required in full at the time of order unless alternative arrangements are confirmed by the House.

4. Experiences and Bespoke Commissions

Experiences are personal to the named guest and may not be transferred or resold without written consent. Scheduling, cancellation, and rebooking terms are agreed individually at the time of booking, owing to the limited nature of each experience.

5. Cancellations and Returns

Owing to the limited and often bespoke nature of our offerings, returns and cancellations are handled case by case. Please contact the Concierge; we will always seek a fair resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, imagery, and the Dalá Mare name and marks — is the property of the House and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dalá Mare shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our offerings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
